Yung Kee was selling roast goose for more than half a decade. And it was the only chinese restaurant chosen by the Fortune Magazine as the one of the top 15 restaurant in the world. Sometimes, it was called 'flying roast goose' as foreign visitors will carry the roast goose back to share with their families and friends.

There was a different entrance(not the main entrance) to the take away counter
1/4 roasted goose and their special sauce at HK$130.
I did not do a good job in capturing the roast goose photo. But believe me, it was very outstanding. I would like to recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Hong Kong.
